Julia has been a volunteer with Standish Humane Society since 1991, both in our shelter and in the community. She is a certified Animal Control Officer and has been playing an active role in rescuing stray cats in many local communities. Julia has worked to manage feral cat populations by live trapping, sterilizing, and releasing them to the ongoing care and feeding by local individuals. Julia also works at Duxbury Animal Hospital.
